About New Wave

New Wave is a personal development and networking group for men and women between the ages of 18-35 who are decision makers within the business and with specialist skills (e.g. public relations, marketing, people management, budget control, etc.)

The aim of the network is ‘to provide a fun and informal networking environment to guide, support and create opportunities for young key business people in Norfolk.'

New wave is part of the Norfolk Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and subsequently has access to the wider national and international Chamber networks.

This will be achieved by:
• Organisation of fun events
• Provide guest speakers for requested topics
• Collecting feedback from members to highlight wants/needs
• Interacting with current business network
• Provision of support and advice to members
• Identifying key business issues which the group can impact on

Participating in the network members will be able to learn from each other, undertake personal development training, influence and ‘create positive change’ within Norfolk, through a number of activities both formal and social
