Ben Handford, Naked Marketing
Is currently the chair of Newwave and one of the founders of the network. By day Ben is a director of Naked Marketing a frustrated golfer and a keen supporter of local businesses.

Debbie Sykes, Norfolk Chamber of Commerce
Is the Newwave Co-ordinator for the Norfolk Chamber of Commerce. She has worked on the Membership Team for the last 3 years as Relationship Manager. Debbie is keen to promote new and interesting ideas for the networking group.

Tom Ellis, Norfolk Country Cottages
He works for Norfolk Country Cottages, his family business, as training and development manager. A background of Psychology, teaching and spinning on his head well equip him for his role at Newwave.

Rachael Spooner, Genome Analysis Centre
She has been involved with Newwave since 2006 and is Marketing and Communications Manager for the Genome Analysis Centre based on the Norwich Research Park.

Melanie O’Connor, Delia's Canary Catering at Norwich City Football Club
I am Business Development Manager for Delia's Canary Catering at Norwich City Football Club and primarily responsible for the promotion of our conference & banqueting facilities. I joined the steering group for Newwave as I am a great believer in getting to know like-minded people with whom you can share ideas and get business leads. Newwave has always stood out as being a dynamic networking group which creates the perfect balance between work and play.

Stuart Catchpole, SETT Enterprises
Following successful completion of a Bsc (hons) Business Management from the UEA, Stuart became a business studies teacher with particular expertise in Enterprise Education and work-related learning.

Upon leaving Full-time teaching in 2008 to work for a Business Network Organisation, Stuart was able to create enterprising activities that linked a membership of 200 businesses with schools in the county and develop a network of over 100 STEM volunteers, working with a whole range of cross-sector business, organizations and educational establishments to put on exciting events for industry and education.

In the summer of 2009 Stuart created ‘sett enterprises’, a venture that sees him further developing exciting activities for schools and engaging in a variety of activities ranging from developing and facilitating events, through brokerage, project management and consultancy to corporate, leadership training.

Amy Woodyatt, Partnership Plus
Amy Woodyatt is an Account Manager at Partnership Plus, a public relations agency based on Thorpe Road in Norwich.

Amy has considerable experience in helping local and national clients achieve their marketing goals, and gain editorial in both print publications, and online using new social media tools such as facebook and twitter.

Ross Lenton, Dynamic Fitness & Coaching
Ross runs a Personal Training & Fitness Coaching company in Norwich. He is responsible for getting people fitter and happier through his one-on-one sessions, lunchtime toning classes, running clubs and SO Fit classes in the park. Ross is also chairman of the Norwich Knights Korfball Club, the best Korfball team in Norfolk.

Louise Truswell, Virgin Wines
Louise Truswell is EMarketing and PR Manager for the online wine retailer Virgin Wines. She has been involved in New Wave for several years and believes that it’s a great way for young like minded people to network in an informal setting.
